Aneh jam 04.00 sudah close. Padahal, dalam jadwal jam 04.30 WIB. Kita juga enggak dijemput saat\u00a0check in, tapi mereka bilang sudah menjemput,\u201d kata salah satu penumpang asal Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat bernama Perdana di Terminal 1B Bandara Soetta, Cengkareng, Tangerang.<\/p>\n<p>Di samping itu, Perdana mengaku masih mendengar pesawat memanggil para penumpangnya. \u201cKita saat mendengar itu sedang check in jam 04.00. Kalau memang mau begitu, ya sweeping dong kita, untuk didahulukan pada saat check in,\u201d tegas Perdana.<\/p>\n<p>Karena mengalami peristiwa yang kurang menyenangkan itu, para penumpang mengamuk pada pihak maskapai Lion Air. Bahkan di antaranya terlihat memukul-mukul meja serta kaca ruang customer service. Beberapa petugas kepolisian dan TNI pun langsung datang ke lokasi, sedangkan petugas customer service Lion Air hanya diam saja.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita enggak telat kok dibatalkan secara sepihak. Saya kecewa sekali. Mana saya bawa keluarga besar akan menghadiri pernikahan adik saya. Kalau sekadar liburan enggak ada masalah. Ini mah kan sakral acaranya,\u201d kata penumpang lain bernama Risna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIni saya sekeluarga gagal berangkat semua. Rencana besok, mana saya izinnya cuma sebentar di Bima ke kantor. Tahu sendiri Gubernur DKI kan pas Ahok mah.
