Pendapat penumpang diperoleh berdasarkan proses survei ASQ di 380 bandara yang ada di 90 negara dan melibatkan 8,8 juta penumpang.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berikut daftar lengkap penghargaan ASQ dari ACI untuk 9 bandara AP II:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Soekarno-Hatta meraih Most Improved in Asia Pacific<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Depati Amir, Pangkalpinang (kategori 2 juta penumpang) mendapat Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambience, Best customer service dan Best infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Raja Haji Fisabilillah, Tanjung Pinang (kategori 2 juta penumpang) meraih Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambience, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Silangit, Tapanuli Utara (kategori 2 juta penumpang) mendapat Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambiance, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Husein Sastranegara, Bandung, (kategori 2-5 juta penumpang) raih Best Airport by Size &amp; Region dan Best Customer Service.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II, Palembang (kategori 2-5 juta penumpang) raih Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambience, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II, Pekanbaru (kategori 2-5 juta penumpang) mendapat Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambience, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Supadio, Pontianak (kategori 2-5 juta penumpang) meraih Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambiance, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bandara Halim Perdanakusuma, Jakarta (kategori 5-15 juta penumpang) meraih Best Airport by Size &amp; Region, Best Environment &amp; Ambiance, Best Customer Service dan Best Infrastructure &amp; Facility.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">President Director PT Angkasa Pura II Muhammad Awaluddin menuturkan bahwa penghargaan ACI tersebut adalah bentuk kepercayaan global terhadap kemampuan bandara-bandara nasional dalam menghadirkan standar pelayanan tinggi kepada para penumpang pesawat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLevel pelayanan di bandara-bandara PT Angkasa Pura II selalu meningkat setiap tahun sehingga mampu mempertahankan berbagai penghargaan dari ACI.
